Overall Experience of 5 to 12 years in Oracle HCM along with Fusion, Minimum 2 to 3 implementation projects. Client-facing experience
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition.
Hands-on Experience with HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, BI Publisher Repots and OTBI analysis, Dashboards, HCM extracts
Hands-on Experience in any of the modules Benefits, Time and Labour, Absence Mangement along with the Core HR
should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, testing and go-live
supporting monthly and quarterly updates with impact analysis & system testing for critical business cycle rollouts
Must have a good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Groups
Should have strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
