  • Analyzed pain areas and implemented targeted solutions, reconfiguring HRMS and Payroll to optimize performance.
  • Developed and modified OAF pages to include several new custom fields, enhancing functionality and user experience.
  • Modified Fast Formulas to accommodate custom calculations and enabled restrictions on pages to minimize manual errors.
