Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

  • Overall Experience of 5 to 12 years in Oracle HCM along with Fusion, Minimum 2 to 3 implementation projects. Client-facing experience
  • Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition.
  • Hands-on Experience with HCM Data Loads, Fast Formulas, HDL, PBL, Spreadsheet Loader, BI Publisher Repots and OTBI analysis, Dashboards, HCM extracts
  • Hands-on Experience in any of the modules Benefits, Time and Labour, Absence Mangement along with the Core HR
  • should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, testing and go-live
  • supporting monthly and quarterly updates with impact analysis & system testing for critical business cycle rollouts
  • Must have a good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation Groups
  • Should have strong communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
